Introduction

This pre-Discovery Call Questionnaire provides us with an introductory look into your business, and your brand and website needs. Based on the information you share with us here, we'll also be able to put together an estimate for you to review before you book a call.

On average, the questionnaire will take between 30-60 minutes to fill out. If you've already done brand or strategy work, or have developed a business plan, you will move through the questionnaire more quickly.

If you prefer to (or need to) fill out the form a little bit at a time, that's totally ok! You can save your progress at any time, and we'll email you a link with your saved answers.

Depending on the stage of your business, not all questions may be applicable.

We know how important it is to communicate authentically—and just how hard it can be to capture exactly the right tone. That's why we include specialized and SEO-friendly copywriting in all of our packages.

After our Brand + Website Exploration and SEO Strategy Session, you'll meet with our copywriter for an interview. She'll ask all the right questions, and create the perfect copy for your website, and any brand collateral you need (like brochures, rack cards, etc.)

Ecommerce sites, we've got you too! We'll help you create on-brand and SEO-friendly category and product descriptions so that your brand voice carries through from the home page to checkout!

Support Package

Don't worry, we already take care of your monthly security and updates with our built-in maintenance package to keep your website happy and healthy.

But we also include monthly Support Packages to keep your growth on track!

Our Support Packages cover any kind of design, marketing, or web support you need on a monthly basis. Using your Strategic Guide, we'll create a plan for monthly check-ins with you, and marketing tasks for ourselves. The best part? We'll have it all planned out, so you don't have to remember to even think about it!

Our core package includes 1 hour/month, but you can choose 3 or 5 hours/month if you anticipate needing more support.

Special features include custom forms, online booking, online courses, online events, memberships, and specialized ecommerce like subscription boxes, customized merchandise, etc.

Let's be real: we'll do a lot of the heavy lifting, but there's still a lot of work on the client end! You're the expert on you and your business, so this is truly a collaborative project. Is there anything specific we can do to make the work easier? Accommodations we can make, tricks or hacks that work best for you, etc?

We're well-versed in working with people with highly diverse needs. We don't want to overload you if you'd rather hand us the reins, but we also don't want to skimp out on the juicy details if you're a "behind the scenes" kind of person! What level of information can we provide you with over the course of the project that will make you feel confident, excited but not overwhelmed?

I love the nitty gritty details! I want to know the who, what, why and then how it all comes together.

I like a balance! Give me some important and interesting information and then carry on!
